Why is TELUS raising rates for some of its business lines and calling features?

• Rates for some business services are increasing to better reflect the cost of providing service.
• The business market continues to become more competitive, and the rate increases on specific services are in line with market conditions.

When do rates change?

The effective date of the rate change will be October 16, 2009. Retroactive billing will be applied depending on the date of your billing.

How will I know if my rates are going up?

All impacted customers will receive a message on their bill between September 15 and October 15, 2009 notifying them that their rates are increasing on October 16, 2009.
