Quality of Service

At TELUS, we are committed to providing our clients with reliable network performance and service excellence every day.

The Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) established Quality of Service indicators and standards to track the performance of incumbent telecommunications providers in Canada that includes a mechanism for telecommunications providers to issue customer rebates when one or more Quality of Service average results in the reporting period falls below a minimum standard.

The rebate plan compares annual Quality of Service results to a standard and applies a maximum possible rebate of 5% of local services revenue if results fall below the standard. The rebate is apportioned according to the quantity of access lines to which each local service client subscribes.

We realize you have a choice for your telecommunications services and, on behalf of the entire TELUS team, we’d like to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued business.
