There must be a clear floor space of 760 mm (30") by 1220 mm (48"). The staff may not extend more than 508 mm
(20") beyond the telephone face. The sides of the booth may not extend more than 609 mm (24")beyond the telephone
face.

If the sides of the booth extend more than 609 mm (24")beyond the telephone face an additional 152 mm (6") of
maneuvering space is required.

Cord Length
The cord from the telephone to the handset shall be at least 737 mm (6") of
maneuvering space is required.
Directories

Directories, if provided, shall be mounted no lower then 380 mm (15") for forward reach requirement and no lower then
229 mm (15") for side reach requirement.
