Shipping and Delivery
- For orders in Alberta and BC, shipping and handling fees are $5.00 (plus GST) for each order.
- The shipping and handling charge is not refundable.
Flexpay (deferred payment option) is available on 12 month and 24 month payment terms on pre-approved credit for TELUS customers.
- Allow up to seven business days for delivery. Delivery is provided by courier to most
locations within the province. A signature is required as proof of delivery. We cannot
deliver to a post office box or general delivery.
- Product support is provided directly by the manufacturer. If you have questions about
how to use your new equipment, please read the equipment manual or call 1-877-494-4999.
Return Policy
- The customer may return the equipment directly to TELUS within 20 days from the date of
delivery. No refund or credit on any payments made is available for products returned later
than 20 days from the date of delivery.
- Equipment may be returned for credit in accordance with the following conditions:
- Product must be in "as new" conditions.
- Product must be returned in the original packaging.
- Product must be sent with the Equipment Return Identification card (tear off from the
Terms of Sale document).
- All parts must be returned, including the manual, power cord, etc. A 15% restocking fee
will be billed for minor parts missing and no refund will be applied for major parts missing
or damaged items.
- Product must be shipped back, via prepaid courier to:

- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- The customer is responsible for any damage or loss during shipment back to TELUS.
Therefore, parcel insurance is recommended.

manufacturer's Customer Service Contact number. Refer to our Warranty Policy (below) for
more details.
Warranty Policy
- TELUS, as a distributor of equipment makes no representations or warranties, whether
written, oral, statutory, or implied including warranties and statutory conditions for
merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Please see the
Site Terms and Conditions
for further details.
- Contact the manufacturer's Customer Service Centre or TELUS at
1-877-494-4999 if you have questions about the product.
- The manufacturer's name can be located on the Terms of Sale document, on the owner's
manual, or on the product itself. If the product is branded with a TELUS logo, the
manufacturer's name is usually printed on the bottom of the set.
