Joseph Natale

Executive Vice President & President Business Solutions

Joe is responsible for providing innovative telecommunications and information technology solutions to private and public sector business customers across Canada and internationally. Business Solutions serves the needs of more than 300,000 business customers.

Prior to joining the TELUS team in 2003, Joe held senior leadership roles within BearingPoint (formerly KPMG Consulting) and served as country leader for Canada. Joe was also formerly global managing director for BearingPoint's automotive and transportation practice. In this role, he led BearingPoint efforts for prominent global clients including Nissan, Ford, Daimler Chrysler, Fedex, Delta Airlines, Toyota, Hyundai and General Motors.

Prior to BearingPoint, Joe was managing partner of Business Transformation Services for KPMG Canada. Joe joined KPMG after the company he co-founded, Piller Natale & Oh Management Consultants Inc. (PNO) was acquired by KPMG in 1997. Joe served on the board of directors of KPMG Canada in 1998 and 1999.

Joe received a Bachelor of Applied Science (Electrical Engineering) from the University of Waterloo. He is a member of the board of directors of the Royal Conservatory of Music and Livingston International. Joe also serves on the Governing Council of Sunnybrook & Women's Health Science Centre in Toronto. He has been a frequent guest lecturer at the University of Waterloo on the topic of entrepreneurship. Joe is a past recipient of Canada's Top 40 Under 40 Award.

 
Karen Radford

Karen Radford

Executive Vice-president and President, TELUS Québec and TELUS Partner Solutions

Based in Montreal, Karen leads a regional team serving business, consumer and wireless customers in Québec and is responsible for growing market share and enhancing TELUS' position, as part of TELUS' national growth strategy.

Additionally, as executive vice president and president, TELUS Partner Solutions, Karen leads a North American team that provides wholesale and carrier services to telecommunications providers, as well as operator services for customers at work, at home and on the move.

Since joining TELUS in 1998, Karen has held a number of senior roles, including vice president, Customer Care; vice president, National Service Fulfillment; and vice president, National Service Assurance. In addition, she was a core member of the national expansion team. Karen began her telecommunications career at NBTel, where her experience included marketing, sales, information solutions and operations.

Karen received a Masters of Business Administration from Dalhousie University in 1991 and a Bachelor of Science from Mount Allison University in 1989. Consistent with TELUS' values, Karen is keenly committed to her local community and is a sought-after speaker on business issues, such as strategic leadership and growth and development.

Karen serves as a national adviser to Youth in Motion and Women in Motion. She is a member of the Alberta Children's Hospital's Board of Trustees and is president and co-founder of the Women's Leadership Foundation. She also sits on the board of directors of the Center for Telecom Management at the University of Southern California. In 2004 and 2005, the Toronto-based Women's Executive Network selected Karen as one of Canada's Top 100 Most Powerful Women.

 
Kevin Salvadori

Kevin Salvadori

Executive Vice-president, Business Transformation and Chief Information Officer

Kevin Salvadori leads TELUS' capital management and Information Technology (IT) teams with a mandate to successfully deliver major transformational projects for TELUS. As chief information officer, Kevin is responsible for all aspects of TELUS' wireless and wireline IT systems architecture, application development and maintenance, technology operations, as well as physical and technology security.

Kevin joined TELUS Mobility upon its acquisition of Clearnet in 2000. Since making the transition from TELUS Mobility to TELUS Communications in September 2003, Kevin has led the transformation of TELUS' IT organization.

At TELUS Mobility, Kevin led the highly successful process and systems integration of TELUS Mobility and Clearnet. His team's achievements were recognized as recipients of successive, prestigious Canadian Information Productivity Award (CIPA) honours.

In May 2005, Kevin was named one of Canada's Top 40 under 40, a prestigious national award program which recognizes 40 Canadians who have reached a significant level of success and who are not yet 40 years of age.

Prior to joining Clearnet in 1995, Kevin was a senior associate with Braxton Associates, the strategy consulting division of Deloitte & Touche.

Kevin holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Systems Design Engineering) from the University of Waterloo in 1993. He serves on the board of the B.C. Technology Industries Association.
