Consent for the electronic delivery of documents To: TELUS Shareholders

The e-delivery program allows you to view documents (financial reports and proxy related material) online rather than through the mail.

The benefits of taking advantage of this program include:

• convenience and timely access to important company documents
• environmentally friendly
• reduces printing and postage costs

It's easy! All you need is access to the Internet and an electronic mail (e-mail) account.

Registered Shareholders:

TELUS has partnered with eTree to allow registered shareholders the opportunity to receive the annual report and proxy-related materials through e-delivery.

Alternatively, if you do not wish to receive the TELUS annual report in any form, you may opt out of receiving it. However, you will continue to receive proxy and related materials as required by law.

As a thank you for choosing either of these options, TELUS and the Tree Canada Foundation will plant a tree on your behalf!

If you are a registered shareholder and you would like to participate in helping the environment:

• Please have your Holder Account Number from your dividend cheque or statement available
• Visit www.etree.ca/TELUS
• Make your selection to receive annual report and proxy-related materials electronically or discontinue receiving the annual report in any form
• Enter your holder details as directed

If you chose e-delivery, you will receive an e-mail confirming your registration. Your tree will be planted in an area targeted by the Tree Canada Foundation for reforestation.

Beneficial Shareholders:

For shareholders who hold their shares with an investment dealer or financial institution, visit investordeliverycanada.com or contact your investment advisor to enroll for these convenient services.

• to enroll, you need the 13 character Enrollment Number provided by ADP Investor Communications. If you do not have this number, please contact your investment advisor.
• if you hold TELUS shares in more than one bank or brokerage account, you may receive separate Enrollment Number for each account
• you must register for each account
• each account will be coded for electronic delivery of documents and you will be notified when companies held in your accounts make them available online
