Vancouver, B.C. – TELUS is advising Vancouver customers that a cable has been accidentally cut, resulting in some degradation of telecommunications service to business customers in the Lower Mainland.
TELUS advises that 911 service is fully operational.
TELUS is currently working to assess and fix the problem and will provide additional updates shortly.
