Our Telecommunications Service Technicians are the face of TELUS, delivering outstanding communication and entertainment solutions directly to customers. As part of the Customer Solutions Delivery team, you contribute to the success and growth of our company every time you provide an exceptional customer experience.

As a technician, you will be in the unique position of:

  • Working with the latest generation of IP technology, including delivering Optik TV (IPTV) services
  • Delivering a best-in-class customer experience through efficient and seamless product installations
  • Operating in diverse settings (outdoor, indoor, homes, and businesses) laying wire, climbing poles and working with tools
  • Learning through an extensive 12 weeks of training in small (under 10 team members), intimate classroom settings that offer greater support than larger classes
  • Collaborating frequently with other team members, including other technician specialists, operations support, and customer service, to drive process improvement and customer satisfaction
  • Working shifts, including evenings and weekend rotations
  • Accessing ongoing technical training/learning opportunities
