Our Call Centre team members are vital to TELUS’s success as each one of us delivers on our brand promise – the future is friendly.  Our team members are responsible for assessing individual customer needs and delivering pre and post sales support for TELUS wireless and Future Friendly® Home products and services. We recognize that every team member is a brand ambassador; approaching customer experiences as a team to provide the best in class customer experience in the industry.

 

Our team of Customer Care Representatives, Store Support, Technical Support, Loyalty and Retention and Soft Collection resolve client internet data, hardware and network issues, strengthen relationships by implementing campaigns to sell and promote our products, features and benefits, and cure past due accounts  to create an exceptional customer experience.

In our Call Centre, you will:

 

  • Develop the critical skills and valuable first hand customer experience that will serve as a springboard for many future career opportunities
  • Create your own work/life flexibility through options such as rotation shifts, online shift selection and shift trading, student scheduling, flexible and advance planning of vacation time and our At Home Agent Program
  • Collaborate with diverse team members to represent the voice of our brand and directly contribute to our collective success
  • Contribute your innovative and creative ideas to drive the satisfaction, loyalty and retention of our customers  in a supportive and rewarding environment
  • Complete with paid training programs, entertainment lounges, cyber cafés and other opportunities to help you gain the tools to shift your career into high gear
