Our team members are responsible for assessing individual customer needs and delivering pre and post sales support for TELUS wireless and Future Friendly® Home products and services. We recognize that every team member is a brand ambassador; approaching customer experiences as a team to provide the best in class customer experience in the industry.
Our team of Customer Care Representatives, Store Support, Technical Support, Loyalty and Retention and Soft Collection resolve client internet data, hardware and network issues, strengthen relationships by implementing campaigns to sell and promote our products, features and benefits, and cure past due accounts to create an exceptional customer experience.
