When will the rates change?

The proposed new rates will come into effect on February 5, 2012.

How will I know if my rates are changing?

All affected customers will receive a message on their bill during the months of January and February 2012, notifying them that their rates are changing on February 5, 2012.

What rates are being changed?

Monthly rates for various business services are being changed. Please refer the February 2012 Business Services Rate Changes page for complete details.

How do I know if I'm in a regulated or a forborne exchange?

To determine whether your business phone service is in a regulated or a forborne exchange, please refer to the Local Service Regulation Check page and enter your business phone number.  For some services, the rate changes may be different depending on the forbearance status of the exchange you are in.
