In recognition of our contributions to the charitable sector, the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) has chosen TELUS to receive the 2010 Freeman Philanthropic Services Award for Outstanding Corporation. Selected from 170 international nominees, TELUS is the first Canadian company ever to win this prestigious international award, which has previously recognized organizations such as AT&T, Toyota, Johnson & Johnson and the Bank of America.

The award was presented during AFP’s International Conference on Fundraising in Baltimore, Maryland on April 13, 2010.
