The TELUS Toronto Community Board was launched in May 2006 and is led by the Honourable Frances Lankin. This diverse board allocates funding to projects in Toronto that focus on youth at risk and showcase social and/or technological innovation. In 2012, the annual donation budget is $700,000.

Since inception the Toronto Community Board has donated $4.5 million to 262 projects. In 2011, it donated $700,000 to 46 projects.
