Each year TELUS contributes to thousands of organizations across Canada. We choose those organizations that best meet our funding priorities and guidelines.

Donations
Important Considerations

• Please ensure that your organization is registered with Revenue Canada, as you will need to provide a tax receipt.
• Due to CRTC regulations, we are not able to donate local or long-distance telephone services, or give reduced rates as gifts in kind.
• As a general rule, TELUS funds one program per organization per year.

Preparing to submit a funding request

Four simple steps to submitting a funding request to TELUS:

1. Funding Requests
   1. Sport sponsorship request:
      1. ensure that your sport program has a youth component and/or an innovative use of technology
   2. Other donation requests:
      1. ensure that your program has a youth component and/or an innovative use of technology component as well as having alignment with one of our giving focus areas in arts & culture, education and health & well-being.
2.  Review our list of ineligible organizations and types of funding that are outside of our giving guidelines. If you see that your request falls under one of these headings, it is unlikely that your request will be approved.
  
3. Print and read our application instructions then assemble and prepare the information that you will require to apply through our easy-to-use online application form.
   
4. Open our online application form, complete all of the fields and submit it.
    

It should take you less than 30 minutes to complete and submit your application once you have funding application.
