Upon joining TELUS, new team members are enrolled in a two-day corporate orientation session to learn about who we are, what we do, what we give and how we work.

We will make sure you understand our flexible benefits plan, the TELUS and partner vendor discounts you are eligible to receive, and provide you an overview on how your job fits in with our corporate goals.

By the end of the session, you'll have a solid understanding of TELUS – the company, the brand, our expectations of you, and the rewards – and have made some new friends along the way.
