  1. Experiencing technical difficulties?
    If you experience technical problems while applying to jobs at TELUS, please visit the Taleo Technical Support Web Site at http://taleo.com/support/ or e-mail Taleo at candidatesupport@taleo.com for assistance. Please ensure you indicate "TELUS" in your e.mail. You will receive a response within two business days.
  2. How do I apply as a new user?
    The following instructions are for applicants who have never applied online to job postings. Please follow these instructions carefully:
    • Click Apply from the job list, or Apply Online from within the job description of the job to which you want to apply
    • Read and select "I Accept" on the Privacy Agreement page if you agree to the terms – click Continue
    • Click New User
    • Enter your email address in the Email Address field
    • Create a Password and re-enter that password
    • Click Register
    • Complete the application as appropriate
  3. How do I apply as a returning user?
    The following instructions are for applicants who have previously applied online to job postings. If you have previously applied online, you already have a User Name and Password. Please follow these instructions carefully:
    1. Click Apply from the job list, or Apply Online from within the job description of the job to which you want to apply
    2. Read and select "I Accept" on the Privacy Agreement page if you agree to the terms – click Continue
    3. On the Login screen, enter your Email Address (the email with which you previously applied) in the Email Address field
    4. Enter in your Password and click Login.
      • If you FORGET your password, please click on the Generate New Password link and an email will be sent to your email address
    5. Complete the application as appropriate
  4. Can I update my application?
    You can update your application as often as you wish as long as the job remains posted. You can also view your draft and completed applications by reviewing the "My Submissions" page under the "My JobPage" tab.
  5. I forgot my password, can I get a new one?
    On the Log In page, enter your email address, click "Generate New Password", and you will receive an email within a few minutes from the Taleo Web Support Team describing how you can set up a new password. Please follow those instructions carefully.
  6. What can I expect after submitting an application?
    You will receive an automated email notification confirming the receipt of your application. Your application will be captured in our database and will be reviewed against the position you have applied for. Your profile will also be matched against any other suitable opportunities that correspond to the job criteria you have selected. If there is a current opportunity that matches your qualifications and experience, you will be contacted by a recruiter.
  7. Is there any other way to apply?
    No. Using our online application process is the only way to apply for jobs at TELUS.
