Consumer Solutions Leadership Development Program

What is Consumer Solutions?

The Consumer Solutions team focuses on meeting our clients’ communication needs by delivering state-of-the-art telecommunication solutions. Over 8,000 team members work collaboratively to grow and accelerate our product and service capabilities and provide unsurpassed wireless and wireline offerings. Consumer Solutions is composed of four key areas: Client Operations, Marketing, Products & Services, and Channels (Sales and Distribution).

The program

Over the course of the 20 to 26 month Consumer Solutions Leadership Development program for New Grads (LDP NG), your role will consist of a collection of three to six month rotations within various Consumer Solutions teams and departments. Rotations are selected based on their potential to develop your project management, analytical and people leadership skills, while exposing you to key areas of our business.

Rotations

Becoming an exceptional leader requires a solid understanding of our core business. Therefore, our team members start with foundational training, including spending time in our call centres. This front line rotation exposes you to the telecommunications industry, to the products and services we provide, and most importantly, to our clients! Understanding these key components will prove invaluable in your future rotations.
